Dear Bobby and P50

The term Rumsters sounds very slick. Would this make a good alternative name for Runcar News, such a "Rumsters Quarterly"?

Why does everything have to be Americanized nowadays?

Shouldn't that be Americanised? :D  -ized rather than -ised is an Americanism.

Or were you being facetious? ;)

Insight, Glad you like the expression Chris, I could live with that as a new name for the mag.

ZZZZZZZZZ.   The word can use either spelling.

How about Bobbybubbles continued use of ect instead of etc. the abbreviation of et cetera or etcetera?

Why do I keep thinking of Yul Brynner in The King and I?

Could well be, we are both bald as badgers!

Hi

I thought it was "bald as a coot" or is it just that different areas have different analagys?

 ;D

Our Essex coots are hairy things but our badgers are completely bald! Incidentally so are Essex Rumsters as you will see when blob posts the group photo from the show today, fheeew what a scorcher! P50 fried his spam but I kept my hat on. It has to be said that the Schmitt's stole the show.

My KR looks a lot better in the pic!  Cracking easygoing day with no drama.

Essex RUM chapter flew the flag well.  Cant complain that my Schmitt was nudging 70 two up on M25!

What fantastic weather!

Hi

Great pics.

P-D off  :( with not having my car back yet, I know I said fix it in your own time, but getting fed up of not having the car now, so going to chase it up tomorrow.

Will be out there with the sunroof rolled back soon.

Hope the weather holds ;)

Good pics Mr blob! What did you say P50, No drama? What about the schmitts nearly crashing in mid flight whilst avoiding unexpected speed bumps? Ho Ho! What about the old fossil incident? Perry revs his schmitt up after clearing his idle jet, an elderly gent wanders over, we expect him to ask an interesting question about the car but he exclaims "Will you stop the racket! Me and my Mrs are trying to drink a cup a tea!" Priceless! A great day was had by all.
