can i claim, this is a micro mini ???

Hi. Yes, insight owns one but sorry, its not a microcar. It has to be under 600cc to qualify. [If I had my way it would be 500cc] They are affiliated with the Invalid carriage register run by Stuart Cyphus. Good little buggies though!
