Looks a bit like a childs toy car, but it has motor etc. and

Hi John,  VELOTO, 1976-1980. This is a minicar on cycle-type wheels with tubular frame, glassfibre body and rubber suspension. A 49cc Motobecane engine with automatic transmission drove the back wheels. Just like a lot of French Microcars it seems.  Strange that it has right-hand drive! Bob D.  ;D

Yes its strange, it is right hand drive, and also look at the steering wheel. It looks quiet modern. This car is not a collectable old one i reckon. At least it looks nice anyway!
