Title: Bond Mk F Van. Is it still about?
Post by: Rob Dobie on June 17, 2012, 08:44:21 PM
Back in the early 1970s my old mate Ernie (83) bought a Bond Mk F Van along with a pre-war Austin 7, his usual mode of transport. He wondered if it was still about? DVLA still have the details of registration as below.

The vehicle details for YNJ 591 are:
Date of Liability 01 02 1986
Date of First Registration 01 02 1963
Year of Manufacture Not Available
Cylinder Capacity (cc) 249cc
CO2 Emissions Not Available
Fuel Type PETROL
Export Marker N
Vehicle Status Unlicensed
Vehicle Colour RED

As can be seen the car must have been on the road in Jan. 1986 but is it still about? also it seems to have had a colour change as it was sage green? when Ernie had it. This is an old photo he has just found.
