Hi, the brake cilinders of my Trojan are beyond repair. >:( Where to go and what to do?
Any advice?
Regards Thomas

Apparently the master cylinders can be tricky to find, but check with the spares custodians at Heinkel-trojan club.
-
plural marcus so it shouldn't be the master but the slaves - oo er very 50 shades ;) get with it

I have reconditioned slave cylinders but not so sure about a master cylinder till I have had a look and see what state they are in. Some will clean up, most want an insert. If you have or are offered a Girling type master cylinder they have no ready replacement parts. Stick to ATE.

Thanks for the info, will contact the club first, heard they might have some NOS!
-
Hi All, can you sent me a pm on the reconditioned slave cylinders? I might have some more wishes, your name keep pupping up every time ;-)
-
Yes, Al is always pupping up! He has a wet nose and a glossy coat too! ;D
-
He leaves litter wherever he goes, it's a dog's life!

A Bob Martin's a week keeps you fit and healthy even there are odd cider effects.

Try Nigel at Contract Auto Engineering near Birmingham, Englandshire. He'll sleeve them with stainless at a very reasonable rate. He did all my Honda S800 hydraulics. Top bloke, top service, reasonable prices.
He'll also make up stainless brake pistons
