Here we go again.
Lovely picture but is it really covered by a copyright by the original photographer. Was it ever registered. Did someone just find it and post it on Flickr covering themselves from it being poached by pretending it is copyright protected.
With connections to Bond it could be copyright protected.
I suppose a note / reply in Flicker could ask for more details.
The important thing is to know the original source it seems.
Lovely picture though, a great find.

It's a great photo, has to be at least a medium format 645 negative and therefore almost certainly a professional photographers shot taken to publicise the garage. I very much doubt it had anything to do with Bond as they would be unlikely to commision a publicity shot which included Isetta's and Heinkel's in it!

Copyright will be with photographer, unless passed to garage business, I would have thought. More than likely both are none functioning entities. It also looks like a publicity picture and therefore very likely used in a marketing initiative. That is advertising, which places the image in the public domain. A very fair risk to publish then.
The building looks newer than the cars! Nice shot and one that might be possible to recreate as a bit of fun if there were a group of nutters in the area.
