No, Al got acclimatised to polyester fumes and had to move up to sterner stuff! I have sampled his home-brew Tri-Chloro-ethylene, and I can assure you that it is most efficacious in every case wibble wibble flplft&*^$ #  #    ~   ¬      ¦

Its true. I am a Trich fan. Its banned, but I do not care. I still have a hoard of 'Dabbit Off' under the floorboards. Not enough to compete with Dave's secret lake of Creosote. It comes to something when you are not allowed to buy the right tools for the job. Go to France and all the acids are for sale at the Supermarket!

When I was at school the Headmaster always wrote in upper and lower case.
This was before the damn mobile phones that kids are permanently tapping away on now with no regard to spelling and punctuation. What a bloody awful mess it looks too.

yes my boy but one must move with the times - however distasteful . i find myself sometimes overriding the computer and sometimes just letting it go . some of the others in the upper sixth will feel as you do .

was that pompous enough ?
