The bonnet seems to be a shortened version of a Renault Dauphine. So something French perhaps?

And it mentions the wonderful Brian Westerby. He was the guy who first helped me with my original Isettas. A gent who later tended to appear at events mounted on various motorcycles like Bantom.

I do like that, it looks fun. So Brian rode a Bantom?, he obviously liked making hybrids, I guess that's a cross between a Bantam and an Itom?
