 - hmmm some vehicles haven't stood the test of time have they  :D

Well depending on style and on having a slightly better wallet the winners are clearly the Bond Mk D and the Messerschmitt. Pretty much what the market at the time thought too, I think. The Reliant is out there already as the next rung up the ladder from MIcrocars with its, is it or isn't it, position. Ultimately that proved to be the winning hand as one thing it offered was considerably more reliable power if you had the £100 or so to get one.
