Hi Barry,

Thank you for posting that.  The book, from the date the publishers gave it the green light, has taken 14 months (it has a lot in it) though it is now all concluded.  The book is also now larger than originally planned and is now a 304 page book measuring 250mm x 250mm and is a hard back.

It will be published on 30th November 2013 and the publishers have said that anyone who pre-orders the book via their web site will get a signed copy of the book at no extra cost.  The book cost £21.95
