Title: Frank Costin's shopping car on RUM register?

Does anyone know if Frank Costin's shopping car was ever featured in RUM news, or is on the register?

Please make contact with Alastair Lauchland (alastair.rumcars@btinternet.com) the keeper of the Register with the chassis number, registration number and any other identifying features and he will be able to tell you.   In fact the same applies to anyone else who has an unusual vehicle, make contact with Alastair as soon as you acquire a vehicle and you may find it has already been registered by a previous owner and we have history you know nothing about! That is why the Register was founded and the more cars that are Registered the more we can help YOU.   Jean
