How odd. A record attempt capped by a set number of bookings. So it could be bigger than it is. Do unofficial Classic cars, joining on the back informally, not get counted, despite being there? They are not going to count the cars, are they. They are going to count bits of paper. What is a classic car for this event anyway? Not all Jags are classic cars. Do I sense the thought police getting involved? What is an SS, a Jag or a Classic? All these questions and more can be answered if you attend the bun fight. Fascinating.

According to the ad all cars must be at least 30 years old. Will it be a parade or a traffic jam?

It would be the traffic jam that will be the reason for the booking cap. Must have been some negotiation.
