What month and year was this photo taken of my Scootacar and where is the car now?

An old photo suggests 4881 VT was a MkII
Your photo makes it look like a MkI with the snow build-up on the arches in 1766

A VERY early model then!

Is a black and whit photo, touched up with blur crayon. From a Stablio Photographic colouring set of pencils made in Germany, boxed in a set of 15, cica 1930's, Ideal Christmas gift for the collector and available for £5. Not that I would ever use RUMcar forum to advertise crap. So if black and white, being Rob, I would say, ooo, last Thursday week? By the way its lost its original allotment grown carrot.

Anyone recognise the little car by the curb? Photo was taken 1st January 1945 in Bridgeport USA according to Getty Images. Only other info is the title "WWII veteran now selling motor scooters". I've never seen it before.
