Hi,
The Diahatsu Max 360 is an early 70's Japanese Kei Car, so I was just wondering if you think this car would be Eligible for the Micro Car Register..
Thanks ...

Dear Cabester
All of the Kei Cars with 360 cc, 550 cc and 660 cc engines are eligible for the register, as they are classified as microcars, and do not have another dedicated register.
May I suggest that you email Alastair who looks after the register on alastair.rumcars@btinternet.com

Not had one of these. Most of the early small Japanese cars are rare over here. I had a Mitsubishi with the Vulcan engine, Hondas, obviously, But I was never really convinced that a Kei of runout to 600cc was a microcar. Whereas the 350/360 versions were, and could be very interesting. The Honda 360 automatic with rear hatch, for instance. On the occasions I turned up to MIcrocar Rallies with these I found the majority really were not that interested. However time moves on, and what arrives at microcar rallies has changed somewhat.

I have emailed Alasdair, and will add these Suzuki's along with the Daihatsu to the register.
The Red Suzuki is 1972 Fronte Coupe Lc10w 360
The white Suzuki is a 1967 Fronte Lc10 360
