After standing on the line all weekend with the welsh wind & rain blowing permantly round the gable ends, I think my spelling of it just about sums it up.....  :-*

At long last, & by popular demand, I'm now getting round to putting a few photos up from Wales '08. The main story of the weekend will be told in the next issue of RUM Car News & also in the first issue of Conveyancer, but for now, here's a lucky dip from the 125-odd photos taken during the weekend.....

The line-up just before noon on Saturday.  ;D

No less than TWO of the six-known bodied Harding's turned out.  :o  Petrol Consort on left, electric Model IV on right.

Truly an international event; Sverker Zethelius of Sweden (Left) & Ian Hellings of USA (Right) both made it despite everything thrown at them.

The line on Sunday morning, making full use of the ground markngs....  ;D Plus, for the first time in over a decade, Tony Marshall's Solocar makes an apperance!  :o

The legs & crutches came marching into Wales and very nearly stole the show!  :)

Not sure who this mush is, but he seems to keep popping up everywhere.....  ;)

The I.C.R staff car in action. Just to prove it can & does!  8)

Great showing, sorry I could not be there. I do not know if Cuscus is familiar with our vernacular, but he should remember there is a difference between BONKERS and BONKING...!!!  e.g  : with all that rain you must be BONKERS standing around outside, would you not prefer to be indoors B...I'll get me coat!
Just remember: as one door closes behind you, another slams in your face

OK then. as an extra special treat, here's some more photos.....

Ejecting Ian Hellings's Model 70 from his van. Note how many people it took to do this......

All the way from Somerset & finished only days before the event; only the second-known Invacar Super Luxe.

 Who IS this bloke?................
