shame,a plate baron will probably buy it,bodge it through a fake MOT,strip the plate off it,sell it for more than the cars worth,then sell the car with its new scottish highlands plate for even more.

John. Its worth bearing in mind that you cant get spares for the 400 engine, you may be better off with a 250/300.

This car is number  R138 on the Register and is known to us, lets hope it doesn't get caught in the number plate business.  Jean

Thanks for that tip Bob I didn't know that.

Have spoken with the seller, and think his expectations are a very high, also has been running the car on unleaded (but only to test that it worked).

Will watch and see.
