yep, Uwe Staufenberg in Germany really is your only source for parts for the Goggomobil

He was just here in Florida at the MicroSouth Event this weekend.
So don't expect him to be shipping you parts within the next week!

The best shop manual I have seen is the English Language reproduction that Alan Hitchcock did a number of years back, it covers all the models and the price is not too horrible:

Failing that you could always buy the Goggomobil 400 that's for sale in Brasil: http://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/MLB-71381322-gogo-mobil-1958-_JM I'm sure it would make for an memorable drive back to the US.

P.s. there's even a Goggo servicing & repair manual for sale here in the UK: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GOGGOMOBIL-T-S-L-250-300-400-Micro-Car-Workshop-Manual_W0QQitemZ130210030100QQihZ003QQcategoryZ36086QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to address my question... I am very impressed with the information that was presented. You guys really know your stuff! I have contacted the guy at goggomobil.com (his e-mail did come back stating that he was out until the 13th). I'm also going to see about purchasing that used Goggomobile manual on UK eBay. Too bad the US dollar is not as strong as it once was.
