BMA Hazelcar at Rottingdean & Saltdean Transport Show
« on: July 20, 2008, 09:45:01 PM »
Interesting to see this BMA Hazel at Saltdean, as that's where they were built!

(Apart from the Isetta factory at Brighton station, there were not too many cars manufactured or assembled in this area)

It was recently purchased by my friend Mike, who bought it in Fife.

No doubt the hardcore rumcarists already know of it, but I think it deserves some pictures to celebrate its debut back in its home town.

Ooh, now that is nice!  I was going to ask was it the one in those old photos of years ago being lifted out the remains of its shed. Then I scroll down & see those very same pictures....  Looks like it is then.   ;D

I assume it was the one that was at Lundin links, met its owner a few times in the early 1990s.
