I am going to say this is a replica.

Whatever else I know about it is speculation based on a conversation with the person who did the original alteration and if he cares to pop in and talk about it, then he will.
Otherwise perhaps it will be revealed in RUMCAR NEWS.

or I could just start speculating......hmmmm....

Real replica, Love it. :D  Last year I put a Genuine Fake Wade piggy bank on eBay and was nearly thrown off because Wade didn't like the description!  ;D ;D
