I received an email this morning from Hervé Smagghe in France. He has listed a lot of original period photographs on ebay.fr of pedal and microcars. They can be found by searching his username JALNA11.

I was looking at these last night, there sure are some unusual cars here. All we need is certain RUM archivist to snap up the lot!  ;)
