Judgeing by the look on the people behind the vehicle neither have they! I think it is the new Portugese Bank armoured car now they are skint again. To save money and stop the rest of Europe wanting the Euros back the guard is a Shetland pony with an Uzzi. It is getting treament I understand.

It looks almost like modern retro. Quite nice, in an ungainly sort of way!

It´s a Furgoneta Hispano (FH) called van built between 1956 and 1960 in spain. There were different models like pick-up trucks or open 4-seaters which were all powered by an air cooled twin-cylinder two-stroke Villiers engine with a top speed of about 100 km/h and 9 liters per 100 kilometers. Allegedly about 350-400 cars were produced and only very very few survived.
Always looking for everything in connection with Egon Bruetsch!!!! Photos, brochures, letters, articles, drawings ....... Also to the licenses of Bruetsch like Belcar, Avolette, Rollera, France Jet etc.

I prefer the van version, and it would be a useful vehicle, but not sure about  Hispano-Villiers engine being a good choice.
