No idea of your location but obtaining the use of a warehouse pallet truck is the answer. Each time a car offends nip out with pump up truck and 'pallet' buffer and truck the offending car into the road and leave it there. No damage done and no moans as the car should not be there. Beyond that if you remain unobserved the fact you have moved a whole car suggests muscle back up so a disinclination to resort to fisticuffs. Had to do this myself and it worked fine.
No one minds so much if permission is obtained if the cars are infrequently moved. This gains favours which can be handy but I would not have someone taking advantage without asking.
