Yes well done Marcus, which would you have for the second prize, the used teabag or a piece of whiffy cheese? :D :D

....I sliced sweet spudtatoes 1 cm thick, boiled 2 mins, fried till starting to brown, then covered in whiffy cheese and grilled till the cheese was nice and frilly. nom nom nom.

Dear Bob

The car was built by Jose' Maria Rodriguez and is called a Joseso Monovolumen, the literal translation is Josephs Van.
Before this model was built he built a jeep type body on a tubular chassis which was the prototype for this model. By 1960 no further cars were made. 40 cars in 10 years would suggest that it was not exactly a high speed production line. The bodies were all GRP and as I have said the engine was a 250cc Villiers twin with a 4 speed gear box.

Yes, I read the same article. Funny how cars, in this case jeep are always pictured in ads being held up in the air up by hefty factory workers. Either that or being stood on by as many factory workers are can find space on the bodywork.

Root longed to be promoted to standing on the cars but got transferred to the Simonite Donkey carrying service with Milburn instead.

Dear Bob

Funnily enough nobody has ever asked me to stand on their vehicle body to show how strong it is!!!
Now there is a challenge. or a world record waiting to be broken

When I used my Drum Car at Rochester Sweeps Festival I neded up with 4 passengers on it going round the bumpy castle grounds. If the frame had bent or twisted at all it would have been very hard to separate the sliding joints, but because of the triangulated structure everything stayed put. It was its first outing, so I was very worried it would not dismantle and fit back in the car. It was only meant to carry one!

Chris, you can forget any ideas about standing on any of my cars! Same applies to big Al!!  I think Marcus on the other hand could quite safely trampoline on Thumpers sunroof! :D

Times up.

It is in fact a Peel.
It's the type 1.
Here are all the photos

Not a microcar though, sorry for spamming the forum ;)
http://peelcars.multiply.com/photos

Now, what's this car? A bit more obvious, well, to me it is ;)
I will give more photos soon, if you guess the make, I will put up the full size photo, because the one here is cropped, there is normally a car next to it.
I erased some of the other car, just so you can't cheat ;)
