Even more postive feedback about the NMCR
« on: September 15, 2011, 01:01:33 PM »
A brilliant full page report on the NMCR with colour pictures has appeared in Classic Car weekly.  Microcar enthusiast Paul Bussey has ensured we are getting the media attention required.  A number of Rumcars owners are featured including Tony Marshall, John Meadows and Malcolm & Sheila Thomas.  I believe there is yet more to come in the Classic car press.
No doubt some will see this as bad news though.  Why the glass has to be half empty all the time beats me  :o

The classic media is good, They still have yet to really recognize the cars as something more interesting than a novelty. Press is OK save when it is inaccurate, un-educated or hyping up values. TV can be dangerous. Part of the problem is the lack of editorial control. Then again you can argue all publicity is good. It is certainly an extra pat on the back for those who organise. Bit like getting a trophy you were not expecting.
