This has been posted quite a while ago. Thanks for bringing up the sad memories back up ;)

Its stupid... The owner doesnt want to sell anything... And I need one small part of of his Fuldamobil... Surely hwe wont miss one part!

Its that stupid -piece of aluminium rain gutter part around the door...

When the local travellers want to cut their grass, they simply borrow someones ride-on mower.  They just forget to give it back!
The Police know where the mowers go but seem to think its better to wait until they decide to return them.

You could borrow the part that you need - seems to be legal!

It is an art apparently. Therefore offer your critical comment by half inching the bit you want. If reported it was art in action as the piece in question is an installation and therefore never finished. The ageing process is all part of the artistic impression. Looks like an impression of Greece in 2015 to me.

Yeah, and how would they know itr was me? Apart from checking forums, every car should have them ;)
