Mystery Car... Seab Prototype?

Hello,

  Came across this... Does anyone know what it is? It seems to be a Seab Prototype/works car.

Mopeds:
- Peugeot BB3SP, BB3T, BB3 "BITZA", BB VT, BB104,  TSA, Bima Luxe,
- Motobecane: 50V, M7 SL, 51 Club, EV50

Are you sure it comes from Seab? It looks like a cross between a coffin and an old shed.

I've got a 20' x 10' shed that used to house bits of engines and old bikes, mopeds. motorbikes and a couple of SEAB Flippers. All that's in it now are old boxes, tools and rubbish. Oh, and a wicker commode in which, as you say, "something you dump in".  :o ;D
