Sorry, I need new glasses.

I read it as BAIRNS (Scottish kids) not as you wrote BARNS.

Left out the I (eye) (Och Aye).  My daft sense of humour??  ;D

I've got Scottish ancestors you see.

I've got a 20' x 10' shed that used to house bits of engines and old bikes, mopeds. motorbikes and a couple of SEAB Flippers. All that's in it now are old boxes, tools and rubbish. Oh, and a wicker commode in which, as you say, "something you dump in".  :o ;D

Is that the budget version of The Wicker Man featuring Edwoodwardwood Woodwardwood's gas burning at the end of the film, it now being moved to a fictional island in the North Sea starring Michael Ripper and Ingrid Pitt?

Cut from the Gibson film about the ancestor of inventor and designer of the Wellington bomber was the birth of twins to William. 'Damned fine bouncing bairns, Wallace' exploded the slightly dodgy doctor.

Are you sure it comes from Seab? It looks like a cross between a coffin and an old shed.

I totally agree  ;D ;D

Years ago Kensitas cigarettes gave coupons in their packs. You had to save six million coupons to get a free coffin.  ;D

So after smoking 120,000,000 plus cigarettes you got your coffin to carry you off in after you had given up coughing. ::)

But its bigger than Africa!

That's not a British atlas is it? Not enough red bits. When I feel un-empowered I just go and look at my school Foyle's atlas. Mmmm red. Different sort of red now, debts!

Oh, you're a cobbler as well as a model maker. Did you make the boot right handed so that you can put your foot in. LOL  ;D

Coming to this thread a bit late, but that odd car is definitely NOT a Seab prototype.

It is the box it came in!

Dear All

Like Marcus I have come late to this discussion. Whilst it has a sachs engine and a flipper bonnet, it does not make it a SEAB Prototype. What other evidence is there that it is a SEAB. It could just be a self build using available components, Sachs engines were used in many French Sans Permis vehicles.

Having said that it does look a very interesting vehicle using plywood as a monoque body structure.

Is this vehicle locked within the Poll estate or was it found on the internet. More details would be of interest.
