Annual SORN ended

Did everyone but me see this already?  Once a car is SORN'ed, it stays SORN'ed until taxed again.

The Directgov web site still states that a SORN declaration is valid for 12 months.

At the moment it's just a proposal following the government consultation. Most of the "red tape" they're proposing to slash is already redundant legislation.
