The trouble is, apart from the addition of the Bertone insignia what's the difference?
Rather a lot. Longer doors, different windscreen, thus roofline, different Fiat based interior, Ferrari door handles (or vice versa) etc etc. Put it this way, if you want a Bertone constructed Sport Prinz then best to be sure it is complete as parts can be really hard to get. Bertone did the initial run before production moved to Germany as the car was a success. From the German panel firm, I forget the name without looking up, production became Neckasulm based with the later, more common and sharing more parts with the Prinz saloon in production, style. A classic case of being able to buy a car very different from everyone else's but that looks the same. You are not the first to be fooled but at least you have not invested like quite a few eager restorers.
