Received my RU CAR NEWS 114 today. Great work from all concerned. Only gripe is about some low life on the P.O. who pinched the stamp off of my packet just leaving behind the two little tabs that pop out when stamp is ripped off.

Did this mean you had to pay a surcharge to receive your magazine, Rob?

Not nowadays Richard. Many of them can't even read English! Nobody seems happy now. I'm glad they let me go with my arthritic knees in '96 after 30 odd years plodding the streets of Polegate.

Thanks Chris for what looks to be another bumper issue, I'm saving it to read on Holiday whilst consuming many cream teas! I did read my own article though just to check up on you, I especially enjoyed the bit where I ran over Andy Carters hat! Sorry Andy, it was an accident! ;)

Here's a thought. Rumcar News on holiday.  Take your copy with you to your holiday/vacation paradise spot, get a picture of you reading it to put in the next copy of RUM Car News. Just think what a great picture it would be with Bob stuck up Mount Kilimanjaro, or sunning himself on Bondi Beach  ;D.

Well stickily speaking I AM going abroad, in fact, getting quite nervous about the long boat journey, I've heard that the Solent can be quite choppy in September! Sorry Rob but you will have to settle for a photo of me reading it in a deck chair at Shanklin!  Now where did I put my pass port??

Is that a Bondi Beach Mk A or B? I think A as the sunglasses look like perspex.
