Some fascinating vehicle in that link ^, cheers! I have seen the MM before, but have a feeling that it is not made by the famous Morgan company.
It is somewhere between a motorcycle, cycle car, scooter and micro-car, and all the more interesting for not quite fitting into the usual categories, so definitely "Unusual". It has 2, 3 or 4 wheels depending on angle! Not sure of the engine size, but I doubt it is more than 700cc.
