Billiard Room?

Stuart is here at the moment. He has come up with a load of answers I have not heard of as well as the one I thought it was. So we will keep schtum for the moment. Tomorrow is a shed emptying day! Quickly followed by shed filling probably but that is not what Stuarts here for!

Hooter and Arthur Askey are both glaringly obvious clues.
