A flying electrically powered vehicle sound pigging heavy to me unless the turbine is also a generator. It would need to be the flying power turbine to keep weight down so that is not going to be efficient for fuel given the power needed to use rotor lift. I will stick to my horse drawn Zeppelin thanks.
