villiers 9E possible

i have come across ( not on ebay stef  ;) ) a reversing dynastart  9E - as per scootacar mkII ? fan on dynastart side . would i be able to pass it on if i bought it at the right price ? is there any demand ?

Yes. Might be interested myself having two cars using this engine and niether unit investigated for approx 40 years. I do have two new dynostarters so I am less concerned about the electrics. I am planning on keeping both cars too.
