Just saw that on Bubbles, Micros and scoots and was about to post it here myself!

Great fun, proven Italian scooter with Dan Dare body and helmet, what's not to like?

Certainly seems to fall withing "Rare" and "Unusual" classification, 3 wheels and under 750 cc also in its favour, has a body like a car. It could be classed as a Scooter or Motor Tricycle as well as a micro car.

Its a trike. Are scooters trikes?

Does it have a discharge band fitted so it sparks like a Van de Graff generator in motion. Sort out huffy cyclists in town. The Spark that makes them Park.
