Is this isetta on ebay a scam

Can you tell me if item number 150736033795 a scam.
He offers a "buy it now" but does not show it via eBay.
He will remove any bid without contacting him first but does not give a reason.
He says not to contact him via eBay.
He has no feedback.
Does anyone know this car.

It must be a scam, yes. This Isetta was offered for sale in Lincolnshire last year. It was in concourse condition but failed to sell at over £18,000. Over the course of the year the vendor dropped the price, but not to £2600. Be very careful anyone!
