Followed your instructions, tightened the 4 nuts, adjusted valves and engine now runs perfect so no engine rebuild needed, thanks a lot :-)
Any one having experience with a less noisy exhaust than the original?

they ARE noisy . a lot of help can be found by sound proofing ( glued on carpet etc. ) the rear seat / engine compartment
