Was a clock an optional extra on the Nobel?

If so anyone got any details or photos?

I do not know. There is no spare guage hole is there? Do not recall one. I think it might have been to depressing. A Schmitter joke, I am afraid.

As al says there's no apparent depression but possibly a period handbook or brochure would mention any extras ?

I have the handbook and neither of the dash boards pictured has a clock and I have never seen one fitted to any Nobel. I guess there is plenty of space for one if so desired.

I suppose it depends on what we mean by an optional extra being available.
It was very common for owners to want an ammeter on microcars of that period, rather less common a radio and perhaps a clock.
Often, owners would retro-fit these items themselves, but surely alert dealers would have offered them as a dealer-fit item.
