It certainly seems to in the right spirit though almost inevitably a one off - looks a bit warm for India as I cannot imagine it has aircon ?

The air con is the computer  blower box fan mounted on the dash, and the driver's bare feet.
Now if they could just mount auxiliary units in front of the driver's feet, his toes could function like cylinder head fins on a more ideally effective over the top blower cooled motor.
But that would increase the complexity and cost beyound its better cooled 2 wheeled competition, as well as increase cabin air pollution.
