After the red C Tourer I had for 3 days, before I was made an offer I could not refuse by a Brum chum, the Mk G Tourer was something I probably should have kept, or at least driven for a season.

OK a couple of mysteries for you.

Anything on 963 BBO, a Mk G

A rare MkF (?) van L726594RV. I hope it is restored and well.

Neither are logged in our data

963 BBO is a May 1962 Cardiff registration, Bond Mark G no doubt supplied by Alex Thom

L/7/26594RV a Mark F van with reverse, British Racing Green, road tested on 13th July 1960

That is about as much as I know really, do you have a reg. no. for the F??

Goes to show some people like original but how long did it have the this modification Would you put a Bond A back to perspex screen and wire and bobbin steering? Because that is how it started
I see the minitruck from Byards leap has a door

Which is your Minitruck then Garybond??

Mick Stacey had one with a drivers door (YMM 990)

I had one too (MYU 755) I sold it to Tony Searle who did a magnificent job on it

My mintruck was CMM938 is now TFF188 I have a picture sent to me by your registrar  Alistair of it in the early 90's with a black Bond B PHU731
This B still shows up on the Dvla data base so I presume it still exists
It is also on this forum under sharps minitruck

YMM is interesting as that's Middlesex same as the one I own are you sure that registration's right as it shows a white convertible1952

Just checked Glass's guide, interestingly AMM and DMM are pre war issues but BMM 21 - 220 & 800 - 999 and CMM 800 - 999 were not issued until 1952 with the remainder to Government Departments.  YMM 990 was issued in August 1953, seems to stack up.

YMM 990 is chassis D/7/3182T
CMM 938 is chassis D/9/3257T

963 BBO, This has disappeared to not be returned to the road.

The MK F was ex Groombridge and I think a rare machine? It was on a single seat. It was very restorable. I might be able to deduce the number when the photos get sorted out. Either that or Rob or other 'visitor' to that yard might have noted it down. I want that one to exist still.

Single seat F Rangers are certainly very rare, you mention Groombridge, is it this one seen on the left with Bob Dobie's JAP 369 ahead.

The F is the right colour but we have recorded it as TNJ 503 (L/7/26585RV) it is a reverse as well and the factory records show road testing on 13th July 1960

scrap ally , dont start me ! a few years ago i had a heavy gauge ( and i mean heavy 1/4" thick plates much of it ) old motorcycle delivery trailer no one wanted and it was in the way so stupidly I went and borrowed a van off my brother and took it for scrap . I got £21 ! What a fool I was and should have known a lot better , ever since I have imagined that on the classic rally scene and it could have looked lovely . By the way i checked it all out and I did get the proper rate  :-[

These pictures of your Minitruck are from about 1974 I reckon, both Bonds had just been picked up from Bristol by Malcolm Thomas, the grass verge you see them on is in Horley, Surrey.

Please mention the number of the F Ranger, you never know, it may be on our records.
