Isetta door emblems

I'm just about finished with a 56 Bubble Window. We stripped the door down
to bare metal. No welding or what might be new drilled holes were found.
The main Emblem fits perfect with the two holes. The ISETTA emblem only has
two holes, no hole at the beginning on the I, and the 300 holes aren't
spaced like all of our other ones. Any ideas???
