It came from the BX forum. I thought it to amusing to not post.
Graham Potter, he of Prof Potter's Pat's Pending, a great transformer of junk into useful things, had a BMW Isetta circular saw. This meant it had 4 speeds and reverse depending on wood type and size. What really made me laugh was the scaffold pipe exhaust system ending in the large hedge to a disliked nieghbour, so transmitting the noise next door. Brilliant.
