This is a really easy one with a connection to another well known popular microcar.

OK to put you out of your misery it is a Zimp designed and built by Tom Karen of Bond Bug fame.

One of three Zimp is currently for sale, though in this case not quite a Microcar. I tried buying one once, yonks ago. Funny, now a new opportunity presents itself, without attendant misunderstanding, I am not interested in it. For all I know the other one is still with the microcar it lived with, which I would only have had at a price less then other, already, interested parties, I expect. Objects of desire change.

Big Al is talking about the Zagato Zimp, Chris of course meant the Vimp. Both interesting and unusual cars but the Vimp is unrelated to the Zimp or to the Hillman Imp. Zimply a spelling mistake I fink.

Thank you Malcolm

Spelling was never my strong point

As soon as I had posted the item I had second doubts about which was which, the Zimp or the Vimp. Having taken a chance and got it wrong, I hang my head in shame.

Could be worse. Might have called it a Wimp. Personally I think the Peccary Pimp (LE?) has more going for it, given later history.
