 On French ebay, some sort of Piaggio triporteur, as its called. Item number 150113420445

Thanks for the lead.

Have been away for a week, so only just been able to catch up with auction-watching. I was travelling through Senegal. Against all the odds, although extremely rare there now, I managed to find a triporteur!

Quite a few of these little piaggios sans permis come up on French ebay. I quite like them. When i've sold a few more cars and scooters to make the bank manager happy and clear some space, I'll bring one back from France (they're cheaper at French autojumbles than ebay).

They are one of the prettier moped-style triporteurs, don't you think? Though with the box at the front, a little hard to steer if loaded.

In my opinion, the velosolex is the most practical of all the French moped triporteurs. Here's a picture of one on ebay a few months ago:

I'd be interested to read what other members consider their favourite moped-type triporteurs, either stylewise or for practicality?

Is that the same Mokuli as last time, relisted? I think so, the price is the same.
