New guy with picture viewing problems

Hey all, newbie here. For some reason I can't view any of the attached pics in the forum, the ones with the little paperclip. They automatically download to my PC when clicked, but my Windows 10 PC says it ca't open them. I will try a couple of pics of my own and see how that goes. I'm on numerous forums around the globe and I've never had this problem. I'm in the US if that matters.
This is the closest thing I have to a micro at the moment.

For my second post, I'll reply to my first!

I can see my gigantic Mini pic and I also see a preview of my attached pic. When I click on it it pops right up on the screen as well, gigantic again, sorry. On any other attached pics, I'm not seeing a preview and they don't open. Anyone?
