Very dodgy ebay listings.
« on: July 30, 2007, 04:41:42 PM »
Last week there appeared on ebay a listing for a white isetta that had sold some time earlier and suddenly it reappeared for a fraction of its value , the so called seller had a zero rating and the description was a direct copy of its previous listing, all very dodgy. Now today the £15,000 messerschmitt that sold on the channel islands last week has also reappeard under exactly the same very suspect circumstances. item 140143102490. Same thing happend with a Gwiz a short time ago. Maybe its the same low life that stole the books from Jeans stall yesterday!! There are some creeps out there!!

Hi Bob good to meet you yesterday, you're right! I saw the Isetta ad though hadn't made the connection. I wondered why this guy hadn't left his contact details, maybe this scam should be reported to Ebay, I hope nobody falls for it. Mike
