It has certain Flitzer type appeal. The steering is by teleflex from handlebars adorned as a motorcycle by cables and electrics. So removal of the door would require a structure on which to mount your controls. If that was not from one side then your knacks are forfeit. It has three cable disc brakes. MIne is labelled a three speed, some are not and early ones are Husqvarna not Sachs. They are electric start 12v with option to lock the engine gear down for bump starting. The bench bit is steel tube covered in steel bodywork. The door latterly is GRP on a tube frame. The commercial version is branded the Paki. Later this became the Paky but I am not certain that's any much better in the days of PC etc. For me it out bonkers much of the French sans permis stuff and it looks like fun to drive rather than a sentence to hard labour for being different. The driving position is not going to suit everyone though. It is very in your face!
