This 1963 Nepa Electro Master has been converted into a clown car. We purchased this from a clown garage sale (they had retired and were selling everything off). They told us everything worked but the batteries were dead. In edition to driving it can also shoot water from the front and shoot off a small black powder charge from the back. We've had a bad season this fall so we weren't able to afford getting the new batteries and using it with our attraction. This is located in Ypsilanti, MI and would be pick-up only (unless you wanted to arrange shipping yourself. Pick-up would be a cash sale and shipped it would have to be a personal payment made via Paypal from a verified account. This car/cart is being sold as-is. $2k is our asking price but we're open to offers (obviously $2k offer will get it before any other offers).
Here is a link to the same model cart unpainted:

sounds like fun to me ! :) bit far away tho . water from the front novel for a micro but plenty of others emit black clouds from the rear :)
-
Really? It sounded like a pretty cool thing. He would break a lightbulb and put the charge in there. How far away are you?

Thank you kindly! It is quite the piece and I wish we could hold onto it. Our crops were very bad this year due to the frost.

Nice car! Someone here in the States will want it.

Interesting the unmodified one is in Root's fav toilet blue colour as used on later Invalid Carriages. Is that just a co incidence?
Monoculture farming, global warming/unsettled weather patterns and over population. All great ideas sponsored by them as think they are in charge that one day will create a big nasty problem like they often have in parts of Africa where there is no oil, no great outside interest.
I enjoyed the program about coppicing old woodland. Now that is a great lifestyle and one I have often fancied. I nearly took to the French woods to do this at one time. 50 acres would sustain well enough despite a pretty rough time outside the boundaries. Great way to keep fit too.

Because of the paint job etc there will be some expense in restoring it to near original. It is a novel car as is , but a little unpractical for a collection, unless one wants the peculiar. Anyway, I have quite a few of different "Electric shopper" types made in So.California and are fun to drive and most people are amazed that there were such vehicles in the 50's, 60,s and 70's. This vehicle is only about four hours east of me and the only deterant would be the price. Good luck in finding a new home. Ian.
