How many wheels does a microcar have to have?

Being the biggest dustbin on 2 wheels, can I register my Maicomobil as a Really Unusual Microcar?

Yes, sorry Jim,
 i mistake the item numbers.
I guess a microcar have to have 3 wheels,but  a maico mobil should be accepted in every collection though.
