Interior light?

I dont know much about S4's, but the S7s didnt have any originally, and there the "superior" model to the S7, so I dont think it was original.

Do you want one like this? http://www.nobel200.com/1/post/2010/11/second-wheel-interior-light-horn-button-and-rear-light.html

I'm sure they would be common on Ebay.co.uk

Talk to http://www.fuldamobil.de/ as many fulda parts also occur on other cars such as Lloyds, this is the case with S7's so might be true for an S4, alternatively just scan German eBay under innenraumbeleuchtung.

....Or Innenbeleuchtun?g German is not my strong point!

Haven't touched the Nobel for a while now, as I'm renovating a house, though the last thing I tinkered with was trying to separate the steering pin from the steering arm, they are so tight I just need an industrial blowtorch to heat them so they glow, though I'll probably end up getting another pin made anyway.

There you go good old German eBay: http://www.ebay.de/itm/Innenbeleuchtung-Innenleuchte-Borgward-DKW-Auto-Union-/350378199841?pt=DE_Autoteile&hash=item51942b0b21#ht_1104wt_1165

I can't make out the shape the lens in your pic as it's too small, but I reckon this ain't that far off.

Well my torch is standing by when you are ready MIke. I'm still working on that part on my car, the short piece of tube that goes throught the chassis that houses two bronze bushes and the steering pin was badly distorted. When I got he chassis the bushes were already out and attached with a piece of string!. My guess is that it took such force to drive them out of the tube that it distorted the tube, one end looked like the business end of a blunderbus!! New bushes were never going to line up with each other in that tube so I bit the bullet and have cut the old tube out, made up a new tube with a pair of sintered bronze bushes and am poised to weld it in, my job for this afternoon!

Yes, but that is what eBay's good for, either finding rare stuff that you just have to pay through the nose for, or giving you an idea what other vehicles share the same light in this case DKW.
